The break weekend
Friday night I had a sneakermergency. My sneakers died. Kinda imploded and I needed to replace them. Sigh. I also need to look into replacing my tevas but thats another story. The Lindsey was kind enough to keep me company while I went and got sneakers. However traffic was heavier than I thought and well, um. We broke down and decided McD’s was kinda like food.. so we pulled off the highway and drove a good half mile… only to see a sign that said “See you in June” My only reply to that was “see you in hell!” Stupid McD.
We did come across an A&W. Rootbeer floats and we “cheese curd it” turns out cheese curds that have been battered and deep friend are AMAZING.
We got the sneakers and eventually got home.
Saturday.
Woke up around noon. I decided to continue my quest for cupcakes. Went to west roxbury to Sugar bakery. Mmmm Cuppy cakes. So far the best… they beat kick ass hands down.
Then off to V’s house to pick up V and the Lindsey. Went to drive in. Saw Up! and Star Trek. Nearly froze to death. Drive in late may? need more clothes. Brrr.
Sunday. Slept in. Havent done much. Its almost dark.
